Islamic Dream Interpretation of Seeing Intercourse with a Deceased Person in Dreams

Interpretation of Intercourse with a Deceased Woman in a Dream:

Seeing oneself engaging in intercourse with a deceased woman in a dream symbolizes conveying rewards to her through charity or Quranic recitation, settling a debt on her behalf, or showing kindness to her heirs.

Sometimes, dreaming of intercourse with a deceased woman indicates loss of wealth and the displacement of an object from its original place.

A man once told Imam Shihab al-Din Qurani that he saw a dream in which he had intercourse with a deceased woman and ejaculated. The Imam replied, “You will bury some wealth in a pit, but it will be stolen.”

Another man narrated the same dream, and the Imam said, “Are you planning to send money to someone who is not present here?” The man replied, “Yes.” The Imam advised, “Do not do so. If you send the money, it will be lost.” Despite hearing this interpretation, the man sent the money, and indeed, it was lost.

Interpretation of a Deceased Man Engaging in Intercourse with a Living Woman in a Dream:

Seeing a deceased man engaging in intercourse with a living woman in a dream symbolizes peace and comfort. This is because a person’s semen is as valuable as his wealth. Just as a child born from semen brings joy to a person, this dream may indicate tranquility.

However, at times, such a dream can also be a sign of distress.

A woman once told Imam Shihab al-Qarafi that she saw a deceased man having intercourse with her in a dream, and she became pregnant. The Sheikh said, “Someone who is not present here will speak ill of you, and hearing it will sadden your heart.”

Another woman saw the same dream and further mentioned to Imam Qarafi that she also gave birth to a boy in the dream. The Imam responded, “Your son has been away for a long time, and you have lost hope in his return. However, he will now return.” Later, her son indeed returned.
