Interpretation of Seeing a Flag in a Dream
Seeing a flag in a dream symbolizes a scholar, a pious person, or a leader whom people follow and emulate.
A woman once dreamed that she had buried three flags. She narrated this dream to Imam Ibn Sireen (may Allah have mercy on him), who told her: “You will marry three leaders one after the other, and all three will be martyred.” Indeed, as foretold, she successively married three leaders, and each one was martyred.
Flags seen in a dream are also a sign of war.
Yellow flags indicate the outbreak of disease within an army.
Green flags suggest that a journey will be undertaken with peace and safety.
White flags signify rainfall.
Black flags symbolize famine and drought.
If someone dreams of holding a flag in their hand, it signifies gaining recognition and fame in their city.
For a distressed person, dreaming of a flag means they will find a solution to their problems.
