Islamic Dream Interpretation of Body Parts and Pregnancy
Interpretation of Dreams Involving Body Parts Entering Each Other:
Imam Shihab al-Din al-Qarafi stated:
“As for the matter of body parts entering into each other, a person once said to me: ‘In my dream, I saw my right eye enter into my left eye, and my left eye enter into my right eye.’ I said to him: ‘You have witnessed two women committing indecency with each other.’ He replied: ‘You are correct.’
Another individual told me that he saw in his dream that he had shed his skin. I said to him: ‘You had memorized a portion of the Qur’an but then forgot it. Allah Almighty says:
“And recite to them the story of the one to whom We gave Our signs, but he detached himself from them” (Surah Al-A’raf 7:175).
A king once told me that in his dream, he saw himself changing his teeth. I said to him: ‘You will replace some members of your household.’”
Interpretation of a Man Seeing Himself Pregnant in a Dream:
man seeing himself pregnant in a dream signifies intense sorrow and grief, while a woman seeing herself pregnant indicates an increase in wealth and prosperity.
Imam Shihab al-Din al-Qarafi said:
“Some interpreters state that a man being pregnant in a dream signifies illness.
A person once said to him, ‘I saw in my dream that I was pregnant.’ He replied, ‘I fear that you may suffer from a disease like dropsy.’
