Interpretation of Pubic Hair in Dreams:

Some interpreters say that if someone dreams that there is no hair below the navel, and it seems as if no hair has ever grown there, it is a sign that they will face financial loss or that their wealth will be confiscated.

Some interpreters say that seeing less hair below the navel in a dream symbolizes that the dreamer is following the Sunnah of the Prophet. They further state that seeing more hair below the navel in a dream indicates that the dreamer will attain kingship, but their religiousness will diminish. They also mentioned, “If someone dreams that their pubic hair has grown so long that they are dragging it on the ground, it means that they will receive wealth and property from a non-Arab or attain a government position.”

It was also stated: “The interpretation of armpit hair in a dream is similar to that of pubic hair.”
In my opinion, the correct interpretation is what my teacher, Shaykh Shihab al-Din Qaraafi, said: that seeing pubic hair, mustaches, armpit hair, and nails growing in a dream is a sign of debt and distress. Shaving or trimming them in a dream symbolizes the alleviation of difficulties, paying off debts, an increase in wealth, and adherence to the Shariah.

A person told Shaykh Shihab al-Din Qaraafi, “I saw in a dream that I had pubic hair.” He replied, “Your relationship with your wife will deteriorate.”

Another woman saw the same dream and mentioned it to Shaykh Qaraafi. He replied: “You will get married.” He also told another person who had the same dream: “You and your wife will help each other shave your pubic hair with a medicinal herb.”

Some interpreters say that for a wealthy person, seeing the shaving of pubic hair in a dream is a sign of the loss of wealth, whereas for a poor person, it indicates getting rid of debts.

A person dreamed that he was shaving his pubic hair with a medicinal herb. When he reached his genital area, the herb did not clean the hair. Imam Ibn Sirin was asked about the interpretation of this, and he said: “You will become disgusted with women and will not engage in marital relations with your wife.”
